Meghan Rickel

18 year old Meghan Rickel has been crowned 2008 Boulder County Lady-in-Waiting.  This senior at Boulder High School has long dreamt of fulfilling this honor.  Meghan loves all things rodeo.  This love, coupled with her relationship with her horse, Caesar, has led to her desire to help restore the cowgirl lifestyle.  Meghan believes that lifestyle can be revived through her work in the community.  In her spare time, Meghan is a proactive member of the Boulder County Judging team, the Boulder County Horse Bowl team, and is also a member of the 4H Cloverleaf Riders drill team.  She enjoys playing the guitar and being with her family.  Meghan will attend college in the fall of 2009, pursuing an English Degree.
